How can health and human services' organizations transform to see social justice results? I offer three examples of institutionalized discrimination that organized deep divisions that we see in the U.S. today. I summarize areas of institutionalized change who have equalized successful outcomes across categories of difference. I offer examples of how organizations have researched their policies, practices and organizational-culture and transformed them into empowering ones oriented toward social justice. Workshop time is made to reflect on your organization and make targeted objectives and policy change.
