This is an in-depth workshop that reviews four ways to see "dis"ability and the helpful and harm produced by these views (Medical, Social Construction, Difference and TAB). I demonstrate pitfalls and empowering ways to partner with people labeled "disabled" to support their needs and health, beginning with person-first identification (i.e. "people with disabilities.")
